Data Usage Policy for Research Reports

Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the use of data provided in the BMG/CLO research reports by [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "BMG/CLO"). Recipients of these reports are required to comply with this policy and obtain explicit permission from BMG/CLO before creating any assets, such as white papers, infographics, executive summaries, or similar materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Assets"), using the data contained within the BMG/CLO research reports.

Data Usage Restrictions
2.1 Unauthorized Asset Creation
Recipients of the BMG/CLO research reports are explicitly prohibited from creating any Assets using the data provided in the reports without prior written permission from BMG/CLO.
2.2 Permission and Fee
If recipients wish to create Assets using the data from the BMG/CLO research reports, they must request permission from BMG/CLO in writing. Additionally, recipients are liable to pay an additional fee for such usage, to be determined by BMG/CLO based on the scope, nature, and intended audience of the Assets.

Requesting Permission
3.1 Permission Process
To request permission for creating Assets using the data from the BMG/CLO research reports, recipients must submit a written request to BMG/CLO, specifying the purpose, scope, and intended use of the Assets. Please send a written request to research@betterworkmedia.com.
3.2 Permission Grant
BMG/CLO will review each request for permission to create Assets on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant permission rests solely with BMG/CLO. Granting permission for creating Assets does not waive the requirement to pay the additional fee determined by BMG/CLO.

Fee Determination and Payment
4.1 Fee Assessment
The additional fee for creating Assets using the data from the BMG/CLO research reports will be determined by BMG/CLO based on factors such as the complexity, extent of data usage, potential impact on BMG/CLO's business, and other relevant considerations.
4.2 Payment Terms
Recipients granted permission to create Assets shall be invoiced by BMG/CLO for the determined fee. The fee must be paid within [number of days] days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the fee within the specified timeframe may result in legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyright and ownership, associated with the data provided in the BMG/CLO research reports, remain the sole property of BMG/CLO. Permission granted to create Assets does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the recipient

Compliance and Consequences
6.1 Non-Compliance
Any unauthorized creation of Assets using the data from the BMG/CLO research reports, without obtaining explicit permission and paying the determined fee, constitutes a violation of this policy.
6.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance
BMG/CLO reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law, against recipients found to be in violation of this policy.

Modifications to the Policy
BMG/CLO reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to recipients via written notice or by posting an updated version of the policy on the BMG/CLO website.
By receiving and accessing the BMG/CLO research reports, recipients acknowledge their understanding of this policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
